The palace was carrying its administration in the heads of a handful of trusted officers — audiences, correspondence and ceremonial arrangements all held informally. We established a single point of contact for the household, put the order of proceedings and the guest hierarchy in writing, and took over press and public statements so the throne speaks with one voice.
A trading business operating for years without registration, and with no presence beyond a phone number. We handled the registration and corporate documents, then built the website and enquiry route on top of the new entity, so the paperwork and the public face finally agreed with each other.
