What wedo with your information.
Short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to do the work, and nothing about a client or a household leaves this office without written consent.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email, phone and a description of your situation. If you write or call instead, we hold that correspondence. We do not buy data and we do not build profiles.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a scope, and keep a record of work we have done for you. Where we manage systems, social accounts or records on your behalf, we hold that material as part of the engagement — not for our own use.
Royal and household enquiries
Enquiries from palaces, households and traditional councils are held on the royal desk and are not discussed outside the team working on them. Nothing about a household is published, quoted or shown as work without written consent.
Who else sees it
No one, unless the work requires it — a registry, a hosting provider, or a platform we manage on your behalf. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs and for as long afterwards as Nigerian law requires. Ask us to delete anything and we will, subject to that.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses only what it needs to function, plus basic visitor measurement so we know which pages are read. No advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@brandloom.ng and we will respond within thirty days.
